This Policy does NOT govern Customer Data — data you upload to Audit Vault.

For Customer Data:

  • Sentient acts as a processor on your behalf
  • Processing is governed by our Master Subscription Agreement
  • Data Processing Addendum available on request

Customer Data is never used to train AI models.

1.3 Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any data uploaded to our Services does not include personal information or sensitive information that Customer is not authorized to process, or that would violate applicable law.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information (name, email, company, job title)
  • Communications (support requests, feedback)

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

  • Biometric identifiers or templates
  • Precise geolocation (GPS)
  • Sensitive personal information (race, religion, health, etc.) through our marketing sites

Biometric Authentication: If our applications use device-native authentication (FaceID, TouchID), the biometric match occurs entirely on your device. We receive only a success/fail token — never biometric data.
